Diabetes prediction and analysis Using phenotype data

• Tech Stack: Python, Data Connect API, Trino, Flask, numpy, keras, pandas

Implemented the Data Connect API by the GA4GH Discovery workstream to obtain data.

Used Trino as the middleware that helps to access data from the data source.

Developed an algorithm to improve the accuracy of detection of diabetes.

Analysed the data provided by the patient like the Blood Pressure in the past weeks comparing the average Blood Pressure of a human to it.
